I bought some SS Switchblock Screws from a seller on ebay and the screws they sent were all 24TPI. Mine are all 32TPI. Contacted seller and they said they have never seen a MK3 with all 32TPI screws and mine must be a one off. They agreed to send me a set of all 32TPI screws which i received today and they fit no problems. I have left them positive feedback because at least they are prepared to back up their product and communicate. However i don't believe my bike is a one off because i checked the Andover Norton website which is usually very accurate and that shows all the MK3 screws as being 32TPI. https://andover-norton.co.uk/en/shop-de ... 17-pieces- The photo shows one of my original screws at top with one supplied below. So...... I would be interested to see what other MK3 owners have as a comparison or is mine really a one off. The bike was a very standard one imported fromm the USA some 5 years ago.Cheers.

Check your screws are not actually M4 (LH x4, RH x1) and M5 (RH x2).

I can't find where it says they are 32TPI?
The three RH cluster screws are two different diameters (not including the four longer master cylinder screws) so not all the same TPI (or metric pitch).

The switch gear (switchblock?) fasteners I sell for the Mk3 are metric (which jibs with LABs comments); it is conceivable that some of the very early Mk3s may have had 2BA fasteners, but Veglia, to my knowledge, made the bulk of the Mk3 switch gear, along with the instruments.

LUCAS, not Veglia made the 850 Mk3 switch clusters and also the very similar switch clusters for the '79-on Meriden Triumphs up to '83 when Meriden closed.
