MK 3 grey switch wires

Good Afternoon

Does anybody know if you can get replacement grey switch wiring for a MK 3 commando, It has 2 grey wires from the left hand switch one wire contains 6 separate wires and the other has 3. I have found a place but they only make the wire with 5 sperate wires, they say for the paddle switches. Ideally a maker/seller in the UK please. I have managed to obtain a complete left hand switch but the wires have been cut very short

Thanks for the reply, that's the one I found but its only got 5 wires inside the grey outer its for the earlier switches, I contacted them and they only make the 5 wire version not the 6 wire version of the MK3

Can only suggest you buy another switch with the wire intact and with 6 wires. I never found one and combined bits from two to make a good one.

Not what you asked for but this is a close match in color: https://a.co/d/bRSg3gp (The Grey Version). The individual wires are available in the UK, I get them from https://www.britishwiring.com/ in the US. Using heat shrink is not as robust as the original cable but it does look close to right.

If you have an existing cable in half decent shape, it can be made to look almost new. Also, you can use the heat shrink to cover the old cable if you don't want ot go through the effort to clean it up.

The right hand switch cluster can be wired with five wires.

As it shows on the Mk3 diagram (below) one white can power both the kill switch and the starter switch in place of the second 'white' (can be grey to the switch which plugs into white at the harness) wire and some Mk3 Commando switches seem to have been wired like this.
