I realize that most people feel comfortable with SKF, FAG, Timkin, etc., but I have some Chinese made Medway bearings that I got from a couple sources.

As I have some other bearings I am replacing, and doing some Googling, I looked for but havent come across much feedback on Medway bearings - other than they were bought by Dunlop.

Anybody have any feedback on Medway?

None whatsover by the "Medway" name. Nothing personal against the Chinese, but there's been more than one occasion where the materials used were sub-par. It's a "silk purse, sow's ear" thingy...
Your call. You know how much fun it is to get to those bearings, and what can happen when they let go.

Never had a problem with a Chinese made clutch bearing TO DATE but they do come in different quality...........
Lasr Time I obtained some I was offered differewnt quality made in China bearings ..very cheap ...cheap....good.

Our new F & P washing machine was made in china. The spindle bearings have crapped out after 4 years,. Our original made in NZ F & P machine lasted 25 years and the bearings never gave up. Use Chinese bearings as you wish.
