Man in Cornwall has 100 motorbikes rotting in sheds

A man called Peter Kemp who lives/owns a farm in Cornwall owns 100 motorbikes.

They are stored rotting away in his barns, but he is still buying more.

You may need to sit down and have a large gin handy when you view the pictures. Horrific. You have been warned.

Wow! I'd walk in that place and spray everything that doesn't move with WD 40 or the likes!! Probably too late!
 
I saw this and didn't post it because it was inordinately depressing. Significant number are worthless. The rest will be shortly.
As I live in Kernow I can tell you if it isn't inside and climate controlled all metal objects are doomed.
What a shame. What a pity. It is his money and his obsession but hey....awaken from your slumber mate.
 
I'll remember him next time Morrisons ask me to pay an extra 23p for milk 'for farmers' :)
 
I've had 171, but not all at the same time. 55 was too many, that was the peak for me.

My herd is ALMOST manageable at 12, I think 8 will be good.

It's a funny old world but his choice what he does with his money as you say
 
An expert procrastinator. Best laid plans.... but without the misfortune other than letting it all turn to shite. Maybe he is helping with climate change by keeping all these off the road. lol
 
I guess I am completely behind the times: felt bad that nice old bikes were rotting away. Suspect nobody cares anymore...
 
Becaus I can - never a good reason for doing any thing. He might weld them together to make letter box.
 
Classic hoarding syndrome

This happens a lot in the States with cars. Guy has car(s) that may be worth something if fixed up. Guy does not have time/money/experience/mental state to fix. Won't sell because they are worth something. Car(s) sit (outside or worse in a leaky shed with no floor) and rot

A mate of mine has over a 100 bikes
They are stored a bit better than the blokes hoard in Cornwall
But he only ever rides one of them!
