Luggage rack

I am looking to have fab guy put together a luggage rack for my '74. If anyone has some plans or a decent picture with some dimensions, I would appreciate it. Also methods for properly supporting it, from experience. I realize there may be some issues with the loop.

Bruce Chessell at Triton Machining in Ontario used to make a nice one - dunno if he still does it.

Also try Iron John. http://www.ironjohns.com/norton.htm. Be prepared to pay for excellent work.

One of our members sent this in a while ago, sorry I didn't keep his name. Removable and hooks over the rear pegs and the seat knobs.

Unfortunately not yet suitable for 850Mk3 models- the next batch we hope to modify to make it a universal solution including Mk3 models.

It's not suitable for the 'S' either, nor probably the 'SS'.

I'd love to find a single sided pannier.

I found the thread with more pictures. I also contacted the creator of the rack. Below is the thread if anyone else is interested. I am going to take a shot at making one myself. I like the design.

To carry much a bulky-tall load - it sure helps to have a sissy bar installed too.

My biggest concern is my laptop case or a case of beer. Although a vertical support add-on may be a good option to design into it.
