Does anyone have a tap or tap and drill, used for the resleeve mod on the front brake master cylinder, that they would part with?

What size is it? I have a few dupes and if I got one, it's yours.

If whitworth, though, I can't help.

Brian, apparently the size of the tap is 18mm with 1.5mm pitch. Thanks for checking.

I resleeved my mc with the kit from clubman racing. At that time (last spring) they had a tap that they would rent to you. I purchased the drill bit - I think it was 16 mm - and when I was done I returned that along with the tap to clubman for future rentals. Not sure whether Frank still has either but you could check with him.

$9.95 at Amazon.com. I didn't look far, you might be able to do better. My first stop for this sort of stuff is usually Sears, although they generally carry "sets" and not individual taps.

Thanks for locating that on Amazon Brian. John, I was talking to the guy at Clubman Racing and he no longer has taps as eventually they did not get back to him.
