Looking for a sweet 1974 Interstate?

It is with a heavy heart that I announce I am putting my sweet 1974 Interstate 850 up for sale after 28 years of ownership. Reason for selling: blown right knee, can't kick her over any more. Ironically I just had a major restoration done on the bike last summer from the frame up - over $13K invested. The bike is in great shape and running strong. Contact me if you are interested. Bad luck James. You have my sympathy. I suspect that few bikes are as hard on the knees as 850 Commandos.

I have screws in my left knee and the right has been operated as well. I dread the thought that one day the joint just won't be up to it.
