just a correction on subject - '72 model build'

i believe the thread subject is - '1972 ? Commando 750 Serial number'

didn't look at it until this thread popped up so had a look, what i saw at a glance is 2 people who aren't on the same page

Quite right, although now it seems we have three-but it cannot have escaped the attention of anyone reading those two threads that it's the same forum member involved in both thread overruns (also several previous threads I can think of) as it appears he must have the last word-no matter what (and also hasn't missed the opportunity for yet another pop at the moderator in this one) therefore as "MODERATOR" I think it would perhaps better serve the interests of the forum if the member concerned was to be "locked down".

You mean you have better things to do than babysit every thread; and 'steer' those that argumentative members decide to use as a personal outlet for their over-inflated ego? So disappointing! :shock:
