LAB, When I came here some years ago I knew very quickly if I posted something and it was wrong, that you would pop up to correct my post. Thank you for that (I think) 😆😆😆

... but seriously, thank you for your service..

Thank you so much Les, for all the time, help, guidance, advice, support & wisdom you have given freely to all of us on the forum over the years.

There are many knowledgeable people here who's word I trust, but none more than yours. For me, your word is final.

Again. Thank you.

Just logged in after a good while away, but still got the Commando. Always wondered if I have met you Les as I'm in Suffolk and in the NOC etc but whatever, you have done good work and helped me out when I got the old bus 20 years or so ago. It's always refreshing when you bump into a fellow Norton owner , or you see a Commando for sale in your village and think , funny , don't know him or didn't know there was another sufferer nearby. But that is where forums like this help as people are usually happy to help. Keep on keeping on and see you about

A big thank you Les for your bottomless pit of everything Norton & for your skill and endless patience in keeping all the rabble & renegades here in check;)

Let me add my name to the list of well-wishers and appreciative folks here.
My Commando has moved on recently, but I’ll never forget the advice you all provided, and it wasn’t long before I realized that Les was the voice of authority, with an astounding depth of Norton knowledge, and the willingness to share it.
Thank you Les, and Happy Trails-
