I'm running LED turn signals with a solid state flasher on a 12V negative ground machine. Pictured is a standard 12V Lucas indicator bulb and socket. Does an LED option exist that will plug into the Lucas bulb socket? If not, what are my best options (parts to buy) for making an operational turn signal indication light? Thanks!

Yes there are standard format LED bulbs that fit the stock turn lamps. Note you will need to setup a "Tweaker" circuit to prevent the turn warning lamp from passing enough current to flash all 4 lamps at once. A simple diode connection is what is needed...but pre made up tweakers are available...see this page for diagram or ordering from UK: http://www.norbsa02.freeuk.com/GoffyLEDIndicators.htm

Another thing to consider...you should always use leds of same colour as the lens they will fit behind...so amber leds for amber turns, red for red brake/tail lamps. Otherwise you will loose a lot of brightness with a white led behind a coloured lens.
