Bernhard, THE Gravel made me a bit insensitive to sudden losses of traction, at either or both ends at once, in same or in opposite directions so took corner school to see if Gravel handling applied to tarmac to find it did IN Spades, so to get what I paid for [with special permission from Kieth Code] I took Nina 900 to point of these videos, then over some more till peg folded up pinching out foot so put foot on rear axle nut to get knee room and pitched over more till chin fairing scapping then NIALED throttle to break free- mostly expecting to crash someone else cycle but instead found I could sharpen the turn by kicking out rear on fatso race tire edge and fine tune the traction so the little grooves all had smeared out 1/8" long tags, not abraided away like a wire brush Code did or melted grease gobs like his head instructor did, which i got to demo my lines/method were a whole shift faster than he could do on his daily career ride with every intention to blow me off to point he just took off w/o a work leaving me sctatching head till saw him commit to his X mark and applied THE Graveling loosness to next look up covering brake in the straight to see him just finishing his apex and starting to get on power again. Study of these elites is flat counter productive to me but to see how corner cripples go out of control so easy. I get as compact contracted in to bike CoG and must as i can over the rear patch and lock on and don't move around at all on bike for 2 reasons once change the spin rate like dancer arms out or in and I switch directions/leans too fast to have time to hardly move eye balls to next aim point let along my butt from one side to the other. Almost every ride on my handy SuVee scares me at some point by a shudder judder of front or rear skip outs unintended trying to keep some reflexes fresh but just disappoints me til my Peel Isolastic Commando lives again on edges of life and death. Peel was so good on tarmac it don't tax me, wear me or much excite me like the off road unpredictable upsets and saves do. So I'll be laughing stock eating my dirty boots or world will drop jaws wide eyed someday.
