I installed the kit from Don Pender and lost the instructions for adjustment.
I would like to know what others have set their forks to, how many turns out, what weight oil and type, fork oil or ATF and how many CC's was put in.
Any help would be great.

info sent, start with about 1-1/4 turns out on the "C" and 1/4 turn out on the "R"

Ok. I have them both at 1 turn out. I also have oil coming out of the R side where you put the Allen wrench in. It leaking around the brass piece.
What do you make of that?

unscrew with the supplied allen key remove and replace with new o'ring. if replacement o'ring has to much
interference then the adjuster will be hard to turn and risk damaging the internal hex. Its a bit of a fine line
between oil seepage and not being to tight.

Hey Don, I assume I don't have to dissemble the forks to change out the rings, right?
Any idea what size they are? Metric or standard? I have 20w in mine. Will try the lighter weight to compare to.

no need to disassemble anything only the brass adjuster which is connected to the long needle.
The o'rings should be 16mm O.D x 2.5mm. different suppliers may vary a little

im a bit wary of damaging adjuster was small allen key the only option ?

An Allen key of the correct size will cause no damage. And a replacement adjuster
is an easy fix.
