i love the js motosport carbs but only problem I've found is once in a while if not checked regularly carby comes of between manifold to rubber i think I may need to support back of carby has any one done this photos apprieciated or anyother advise to stop this appreciated

Do you remember when you installed the carbs and there were those 2 big orings. They went in between the carb and the manifold inside the flange to take up a void and offer the needed support.

They have been fitted with the orings clamps were definitely tightened on other side of raised bit on manifold when it came of clamp was still tight on rubber unless maybe clamp was done up on angle and shifted thinking about putting thin film of salastic on manifold outer thensliding rubber over and clamping to stick it on so it doesn't happen again were riding on quite bumpy roads. Love the carbs happened three times in year and a half not a big issue just wondering weather anyone else has experienced this thought maybe a support may help will recheck fitting instructions but pretty curtain I've follfollowed correctly

I live on a potholed dirt road but I don't have this problem. But in your case I would try filing the grooves in the manifolds a little deeper.

That reminds me, I filed mine, not because the carbs fell but because it looked like the right thing to do - to make a better match of high to low, ridge to notch. Just cleaned up the notches with a small rat tail file.
