Thanks David, thats about what I thought between 2-4 hundred. I actualy found a 74 that had been leaning against a grage door for 3 years, the original owner had become to ill to ride. As I live in Washington state you can imagine the weather hadn't been to kind to it. As it only showed 16 thou on the clock I decided it should have a full ground up restoration, took 10 months. I'v recently been riding it to a few events and it sure is different. Its difficult to ride around town as anything less then 3 tho revs the fiberglass shakes its guts out but get it out on the highway and it becomes a different animal and a pleasure to ride, as long as you dont have to shift - shifting is not easy..
This is my second Commando, sold the first, but will probably keep this one. I mainly restore Triumphs but this is unique enought to let it hang out in my garage for awhile.
