John Player Norton at Kaplan Cycles

I just recently visited the Kaplan Cycles and they have a beautiful original John Player Norton that was a family owned bike.
Because I lived down the street I had to go verify it and it is the real deal. I hope someone local grabs it.

Hi Much as I would love a JPN replica this video only underlines to me how badly the bike was made. To point, the crappy way the fibreglass cover sits over the real tank with a few random bits of foam rubber to protect it, birds nest of wiring at the triple head, the ‘dummy’ handlebars etc. Such a shame it wasn’t presented as well as say Ducati did with their SS MHR. I would still like one.
The fellow didn’t look all that comfortable starting it, just quietly.
Anyway, still good to see one around.
