Im currently building a JPN replica can anyone help with headlight mounts for the twin headlight fairing, lights are 5.75" and the headlight nacelles are not much wider. I sourced a set of mounts but the mounting lugs on the outside of the rim took the overall diameter to 6.25"and these would not fit into the nacelle. If anyone out there has a JPN replica and has any pictures of the headlight mountings could you post a picture.

You should be able to order the parts for the JPN fairing equipment. The Norton John Player 850 Parts Supplement list the following that holds the lamp intot he fairing tunnel.

Item 11 - p/n 144921 - clip screw
Item 12 - p/n 065839 - headlamp ring
Item 13 - p/n 063959 - spring

Hi Mick I must admit I don't have that particular supplement, I'm using a 750 catalogue for all the cycle parts. I'm not too sure if I'd be able to get them new but it's worth a try. cheers!
 
I've got one in Perth if your passing for a look see (A bike that is and possibly a parts supplement) RGM still sell them BTW
