Nor would I, especially upon opening the box. You have no idea how good this disk looks. It was around $50 more to drill it, over and above just grinding it, and it really changes the whole look for the better. It has been blasted, painted, drilled and ground. The grinding was need but the holes really make it special.

I wouldn't call it a waste. At the end of the day he could sell it and recoup most of his money. He's just renting it for a while.

Isn't that they way it is with all Nortons? I could sell The Beast and get something with push button starting, mind blowing performance, in an oil tight package but where would be the fun in that? My wife says that I should get a bike that does not require her to have her cell phone within arms reach and the keys to the truck in her purse whenever I go ride. As it is I seem to waste a lot of money and time on this bike but when we (The Norton and I) are out riding on a nice day it makes it all worth while.

I meant sell the rotor. One should never eaven concider selling a Norton.
