When bike is on the center stand, in neutral, and running, the rear wheel turns. I can stop it easily with my hand so it's not under a lot of torque. Does this mean the clutch is dragging slightly? And is it worth adjusting?

It’s just the mainshaft spinning with the layshaft through friction. You will find out about clutch slip if you are accelerating hard usually caused by oil on friction plates or stack height not correct. Remember the clutch is fully engaged. (You are not holding the clutch lever in) Don’t sit in idle for long periods the sleeve gear has bushings that need lubricant. That happens when you are in gear.

Wrong way round - if the clutch adjuster screw is in too tight it will creat slippage not dragging. The screw will prise the spring diaphragm off the plates.
What that may indicate is that you have you primary chain too tight. When my chains are adjusted properly, my rear wheel does not rotate or rotates very slowly at idle. But a tight primary will put more pressure on the transmission mainshaft causing more pressure on the sleeve gear, causing it to turn with the layshaft. The worst result is probably premature wear on the bushes in the sleeve gear.
