Out of curiosity I was wondering it anyone makes a set of 750 style Interstate pipes with the bell end like the Mk3?

These don't look like the Mk 3 type with the spherical seats ?, that tolerate some movement in the port region without stressing the pipes.
Rather, they'd take the collets of the pre Mk 3 type....
