The manuals will still be free. The difference between the book and the manuals isn't too much. But there is def. more info in the book. I've updated a few things I've since learned. Added some things that you may know depending when is the last time you communicated with me. I added all the engine mods we do to make the engine better.

In the book is a special thank you to ACCESS NORTON and COLORADO NORTON WORKS. These two have really helped spread the word and keep the bikes on the road. SO thank you for this.

Hi everyone,

Between finishing the book, working on the Porsche, enjoying the summer, keeping up with the kids, and everything else life seems to throw in, it has certainly been a busy few months! (and yes I went grey.. lol)

First, thank you very much for all the supportive comments and encouragement. The response from the Norton community has meant a great deal to me.

Today, I picked up the finished, shrink-wrapped copies of Inside the Norton 961. I personally signed the first 50 copies, and each one includes a numbered card placed beneath the shrink wrap identifying it as one of the first 50.

My next step is to source the proper shipping boxes and confirm the final packaged weight. I’m hoping to have shipping costs and ordering details finalized later this week.

In the meantime, here are a few photographs to give you a closer look. The book is packed with information, history, technical details, our engine mods, personal stories, and great photographs. I believe it will make an excellent reference and a proper coffee-table book even if you don’t own a Norton 961…yet.

My own 961 has now covered 37,000 km (pic below). After 12 years, I honestly thought I would have passed 50,000 km by now—although I’m fairly certain Richard Pearce managed that in his first three years!

Sold a few local copies. So far great reception. I'm a little worried about shipping prices so I am researching which company to make an account with. FEDEX, UPS, CANADAPOST, Etc..... The book weighs 4lbs. It's an inch thick. A beast. To be continued.....

Richard, that's a great looking book. Please reserve one for me. I wouldn't even own a 961 if it wasn't for you and your dad and all the info you guys shared with this group. Thank you for your continued contribution to this site.
