Installing Pazzo (Black) Levers on the Norton 961

Thought I would pass along what I learned about after market leavers for my 961 SF.

I had a hard time finding any leavers... that I liked for the Norton, I wanted Pazzo Leavers ( had them on other bikes and liked the look and feel) but Pazzo doesn't make levers for the Norton 961. However what I did find is that the DUCATI 748 UP TO 1998 (DB-12/DC-12) levers will work on the Norton. I went with the ; long, Black Lever w/Tritium Tab.

Just a side note: I also found the Aprilia O ring was the correct ring to fix my fuel pump leak, it matched the Aprilia fuel pump...

Does anyone find this Norton parts thing a little different, or am I just a bit naive :)

Can you give a little more detail on the Gas Tank Fuel pump O-ring ? Is this the round , circular section o-ring on the AF1 website ? Did you use any sealant ? Just wondering of course . And not naive , you're right its different or non-existent . Why won't Norton sell the O-rings ?

Also , an SF levers will be the same as my Sport with the integrated master cylinders . So those levers should fit my bike I think .

Yes that's were I got the "O" ring, from AF1 Racing $50.00 they were shocked at the price too. AF1 contacted Norton, no help. ( Ed Cook was the one that helped me at AF1, so he now knows what's up with fuel pumps for the Norton 961).

Here is the other similar O-Ring from AF1 . Which one did you use Rod ?

Since Brembo supply the reservoirs for the 961, its not actually to difficult to find levers. There's quite a bit of compatibility between the 961 and some of the dated Aprilia bikes. Go on AF1 website and browse. Quite a few nice levers there. I'm sure many are sold in the UK. The ones you put on look quite nice. Thanks.
