Inside the Norton 961 - BOOK

Or clear plastic laminated on both sides on each page, should last a life time. The paper on the wooden shipping crate with info of the bike and the # of the crate in the shipping container is like that. I have all that from my 961CR. Sales person saved all that and the crate

I have the OEM Workshop manual supplemented by your manuals Richard. My preference would be the full colour - thick paper option for your new publication.

A ‘keep sake’, but also a useful reference document to supplement the manuals. My thoughts only - maybe you could produce a couple of options.

I agree the coil spine is best as it lays flat. I thought about this and something is pulling me to a bound book. So I'm now committed. I adjusted my margins and gutters for bound. Once i'm done fixing and adjusting each page, I can get official quotes with the real file. Appreciate all your replies and suggestions.

Anyone able to send a note to Keanu Reeves for me? Because he is a huge motorcycle fan and of course Norton fan. And has his own brand, would love to chat to him about Nortons and show him the book. :)

He doesn’t use social media apparently - smart man. You could try one of these avenues.

Agreed that the full color shiny would be great for wiping off prints and a lay flat spiral bound is essential if you are using while working on the bike. Also would help to add new pages in the future if needed.
Count me in for 1

Since you are far from Hollywood, Wechter is no longer his agent. Happened over the summer of 2025. Also, an email or other communication is intercepted by a company that typically looks for threats, then discards the rest.

I am going to make this book super high end. Full color glossy. Heavy pages. Really nice. A book that is cool to have on your coffee table, but also has some serious info in it. Lots of nice photos I took. The last TECH book i wrote "The Science of Hydraulic Suspension" I sold FULL PAGE ads for $5,000/page. I'd have to look, but I think I have over 9 ads in that book. It helped I also was on a national broadcasted TV show and traded being on the show for book advertising. (War of the wheels on youtube if you want to look it up. The Cadillac episode is my favorite one.)

Anyways, This is not that book. I don't expect the same sales because a Norton 961 is so niche and rare. But I do believe I can will distribute around 4,000 copies. I'm sure NON owners will buy some and every owner should buy one because where are the dealers?

that said - If I were to sell a Full page ad for $750usd and did get 4,000 copies in circulation, that's only .19cents a viewer. Comes with a signed Copy of the book.

If anyone is interested, let me know.

I am down to the very end of the book. All the last edits and margins and book stuff that will just bore you.

PS Don't judge my poor grammar on a forum or my "super fast get out the manuals to help people" I give away for free. This is a real book. :)
