I managed to create an account with Imgur, but this site still won't allow me to insert pictures, it states to contact administrator. How do I do that?

Hoover your mouse over the downward pointing arrow in the picture on imgur, choose "Get share links", a popup appears, choose and copy the BBcode for forums. You can paste it directly in your text.
