After some problems i found my right spark plug was fouled and i replaced it. It's running on both cylinders now and idels fine in gear with the clutch in but if I put it in nutral it dies out pretty quick. Any sugetions on what might be causing this.

That's idles in gear but not in Neutral ? Obviously the trick is to avoid using neutral. But seriously it sounds like the carbs are shot.

I'm stumped.

Will it idle endlessly in gear ?, but stop as soon as you select neutral.?
Very interesting.
I've had the reverse, with severe clutch drag.
The ignition boys might chime in on this one.

Have you by chance got the clutch cable and throttle cables taped together
under the tank.
The reason I ask is,.. perhaps the movement of the clutch cable is holding
the throttle cable to one side, taking up some slack, which is affecting the carbs.
As happens with worn carbs.
When you release the clutch lever, the cable moves. ??
See if you can tune it out with the Air screws.
Look under the tank.
That's the best I've got.
AC.

Somethins draggin. Week of the clutch, I guess.

Gearbox bearing or bushing of some sort?

By "in gear" I take it you mean 1st gear?

Does it idle as well when 2nd gear is selected with the clutch pulled in, or stall as in neutral?

Dunno.

Fouled plug would be carburetor and or timing settings.

Idling in gear but not in neutral could be gearbox and / or clutch.

Did it all run happily before with the fouled plug?

One of the weirdest mysteries I've read of yet. Take plugs out and turn rear in N and then in gear to feel for sense of drag or listening. If N indicator installed suspect that as mentioned but don't see how that'd affect ignition system unless a dead short dropping voltage dramatical. But would expect to see smoke from melting insulation. I'd try a test in the dark to watch for flashes and arc's. Only thing I can think of is - as the vibrations change a connection or conduction path is failing. Only thing close to the clutch lever related to ign. is the bar kill button...
