I've got the basic Ko-Ken socket set. Universal sockets have limited use, really, and at almost 5 times the price of the standard set, not worth it IMO. If you need an angle to get at a fastener, get a stubby wobble extension, like this:
You don't need to get the set, just the 3/8 and 1/4 short ones. snap them on to a longer extension if you need the length. They give about 20 deg of flex, and don't flop around like the universals. In fact, most wobbles have a feature where the socket will snap down square, then pop into wobble mode if you bend the extension. Universals look good, but don't work well at extreme angles. The amount of angle you can get with a wobble is all you really need.
Acesa makes a nice combination wrench set, also around $50 if you shop around. Acesa wrenches are made in Spain and the company is owned by Snap-on.
There aren't many BS fasteners on a Commando, but that's about all there is on the P11.
My brother-in-law came over yesterday and gave me a couple of wrenches - a Snap-on short combo wrench, 7/16 BS (WEOX120) and a Craftsman box wrench (ring spanner), 1/2 W x 9/16 W. He bought these at garage sales years ago and just threw them in his wrench drawer. On cleaning the drawer out the other day, he saw the stampings and realized what they were. He handed the box wrench to me and said, "I didn't know Craftsman made Whitworth!"
I can't think of any 7/16BS on anything I have, but the 1/2W is the size of the spindle nut on the P11
