So i put a light on my bike to check my timing and also to figure out why im having an intermittent spark, come to find out when i rev the engine to 3grand my timing actually retards (clockwise). What in the hell would cause that?

Also what would cause the ignition to brake up on points, i have one side that breaks up when i rev it up and shoot gas outa the muffler. so i swapped condenser wires, coils, wires, plugs. Same thing. That leaves the points themselves left. Anything else i could be missing, other than bad connecting wires on the points. I did replace my ground from head to harness.

If you are looking at the alternator rotor timing mark, then it should appear to move clockwise to advance, as the rotor/crank is spinning anti(counter)-clockwise when looking at it from the left side, so the point of ignition is occurring earlier, therefore the mark moves opposite to the direction of crank rotation as you look at it, and climbing upwards on the advance scale = 15>20>25 degrees etc. -eventually stopping at 28 degrees @ 3000+ RPM (for points ignition) if the timing is set correctly.
Remember the camshaft actually rotates in the opposite direction to the crankshaft on a Commando, so the Boyer rotor rotates in the opposite direction to the crankshaft.
