I just posted how I measured the bore wear. It does not look good on my 850

Fyi, there us a good bike machinist in Langley BC...shop was called Mongoose Racing but think it changed names recentky. He did my 850 head valve guides and recut the seats. Should be more than capable of sorting out the block for you.
