I indicated three good sides of the hole.... 3,6,9:00 and the "W" was fer "wallered out" side

Ahhh yes the million dollar H2. Egged out hole repair? Saw someone was making billet heads for these.
 
Test fit with rubber mounts complete, spacer lengths calculated based on as-built dimensions, now on to transmission shimming.

OK Now what? I guess you were getting your cases blasted with plastic media? I use walnut shells it works very well on aluminum cases. I fear glass beads will not all clean out and cause problems later.

Shouldn't you be packing your bags LOL

I used soda blasting on my cast aluminum engine / gearbox stuff on my Commando. Cheap Harbor Freight blast cabinet. ( leaks at every joint ) Here is a pic when it was fresh -
Aluminum sealed with Shine Seal ( formerly Zoop Seal )
