I seem to remember my mates one ripping second gear apart ?
But he was drag racing it in a street class , it was denco tuned
Yup, the transmissions are susceptible to damage to abuse.
Or, also, simply "running it hard"👊🏻🏁💨

The transmission needs some expensive/unavailable parts.
Norton gearboxes are cheap, by comparison.

I did the Toomey Racing pipes on the RZ350, the Cerakote is as hard as a woodpecker's nose. Impervious to coolant, brake fluid, oil, chain lube, and brake cleaner solvent. Crazy good!

My contact was using it to refurbish .. big game fishing reels ...rifles...and heaps of bike parts...I need to import some and set up a oven stoving cabinet dedicated for it.....👍👍

The cerakote variant I used is AIR cure....(they make oven cure too) that's why I was so amazed.🤩 I would not have believed it if I hadn't proof tested it myself.

Stripped paint away from repair areas, knocked up a cardboard template for stabilizer bracket (known failure area) gusset.
Joint preps soon for the two breaks.

Seeing you collection of worn and broken parts - You love that bike more than I would at this point!

Seems it wasn't Henry the 2nd's fault at all..... he suffered from "nevergotbacktothedealeritis" My TX750 was afflicted as well.
