Help required down under...

If all the current quotes are within 10% then a much cheaper quote is suspect and likely from cutting corners.
 
Are any of the bike clubs planning a rally down under? Sometimes they ship containers of member bikes to the rallies and back.
Maybe you could make arrangements with them for room on the way back.
