I would think the best thing would be to find a beat up steel Interstate tank, cut open the bottom, cut a second filler hole and install a second filler neck, cut in and install a breather pipe connection, fix any dings and dents, then weld in a baffled steel oil containment section, modify the base to include the return pipe and feed strainer, then weld it all back together.
I would run your crankcase vent independent of the oil tank to minimize complexity.
