Help oil leak

We have a oil leak on a norton commando 750 1971, not sure what has happened or what use to be where the hole is.. I have uploaded the video to youtube and hope some members can id what the issue is and what we need to do to fix it

The blanking plug has blown out of the junction block?

Yep I'd agree L.A.B. - never seen that one before
That is the mother of all oil leaks though!
If you're new to Nortons Jamie just be very sparing with gasket goo when fitting the new junction block & gasket
Don't want to start with a bad leak and end with a seized engine due to blocked oil gallery
It's a tricky, congested area to work in - just be patient and very clean.

Seeing as that is LOW pressure scavenge oil circuit, I'd be looking for WHY that plug has ejected. Totally clogged oil filter (no bypass filter)? Damaged housing/lines? What has been done to it?
