Heads up possible scam

Last year I sold my 1965 Atlas off Ebay to a gentlemen in California. Sold in excess of 6k. While looking for another Atlas for restoration I came across this. It's my old Atlas now being sold by a guy in Texas.

Same photos I used on Ebay and part of the description I also used. He's asking $2300. Looks like a sure scam to me. Beware!

Nice looking bike! I'd go 2300 bucks on that myself. So, I realize its off topic but tell us about that seat.

Home made, one of my first attempts. But the important thing is that I doubt the guy selling the Atlas is the actual owner.

I bet your right. Know one in their right mind would sell that so cheap... Nice bike.. You should contact EBay.

Has anyone actually ever bought a bike they saw on yakaz? Every time I responded to an ad on there I never got a reply.

There are two re-imported Commandos on ebay (uk) for about half of what they should be worth. Sellers have no feedback score and there are no town details, sounds too good to be true…………………..so probably is.

I have reported the two Commandos to Ebay. But they have done nothing...these bikes sold a few weeks ago...i remember the one with a Log on the yard!

The 2 UK ebay items are in as Classified Ads, there is no buyer protection unlike on auctions.
