Hello all Has any of you've replaced headlight harness on 75 mk111 mine is pretty brittle and while i got the front end off nows the time. I'm just wondering on the quaility of the reproduction h/l harness is it going to come with the heavy protective cover were it comes out of the H/L bucket or is it just going to come taped .If the replacement harness are cheaply made i might take a better look at my old one and clean that one up. Also replaced the ing. switch . Removed head light and the wiring was just stuffed in . Thinking i need to pull it all out and sort it out THANKS M.C.

I suppose it would depend to a certain extent where it was bought from?

A spare MkIII headlamp harness that I have appears to be well-made, with PVC sleeving covering the appropriate areas of the harness, but I have no idea who made it, (as I got it off eBay) but a genuine headlamp is harness is available as a standard Norton replacement part 066438: http://www.nortonmotors.de/ANIL/Norton% ... 32&Part=46

How about British Wiring in Illinois? I have purchased several harnesses from them and they have been well made
