if you go into a motorcycle parts store, or online, you should find listings from handlebar manufacturers on their full range with dimensions (width, rise, pullback etc) I actually got mine from the local motorcross guy (only bike shop within an hour of me) he gave me the book, let me look through and select (ended up with the bikemasters from him, couldn't face the price of the Flanders on the current budget)
