Halcyon mirrors

I've read where people are using Halcyon mirrors. I bought a set + they look great. The only problem I have is that the expansion pieces the slide inside the bars that came with the mirrors are much to fat to fit into the bars!
The internal diameter of the bar is only 13mm. The pieces are at least 16mm or 19mm with the sleeves on.
I have emailed Halcyon about this problem with this problem but the have not got back to me. I'm in the USA + have a 2015 Commando 961SE.

When I ordered mine I asked Halcyon for smaller inserts for the bars -they provided these FOC along with the standard inserts. They are pretty good at accommodating customers so it might be worth trying a phone call - sometimes us “old buggers” win out by using old technology!

I have the Halcyon mirrors fitted. They do offer to machine the expanding fitting when ordering. I seem to remember it's down to 13.5mm which I went for and fit nicely. Think the inside of the bars are 14mm. I'm sure they'll send the correct fitting.

Just checked my order and it was the 13.5mm fittings I requested.

Same here, I ordered direct and specified the internal dia. of my clip-ons, they provided the original inserts and the modified ones free of charge.
