This is the Southern California Norton Owners Club annual visit to view Guy Webster's private museum - bikes and cars. Webster "made it" in his capacity as The Beatles official photographer. There is another private motorcycle museum, "Taggerts" around the corner which is also opened for the event.

I went last year, it was well worth it.

From the SoCal Norton OC site -

February 13 (Sunday) –20th Annual Ojai Pilgrimage to visit the Webster/Taggart collections – Italian exotica, British bikes and race cars. Meet at the Cactus Patch, 197 High St – east of CA 23 in “old” Moorpark for breakfast. Ride leaves at 10 am via Grimes Canyon. Lunch at Bocalli’s at the east end of the Ojai Valley. Bring a friend for Valentine’s Day!

People go to this event in cars and on bikes.

I'm planning on going to this with a friend who has gone & says it's great. My Sister used to live on Grimes canyon Rd, so I have driven part of it but never road the bike there. Looks like a nice ride. 78 miles for my friends & I just to get to the meet up breakfast place but that's what the bike's for right?

The Catcus Patch restaurant in Moorpark serves a good breakfast and there will be plenty of bikes to ogle there on High Street.

Grimes Cnyn Rd is a nice piece of road but take care as the asphalt is polished slick by the wheels of the trucks that service the nearby rock/gravel quarry. Look for South Mountain Road on the other side of the hill as an alternative to the 126, it runs parallel through the orange orchards. When you head up 150 towards Ojai, law enforcement is usually on the job.
