Hi All
As John has correctly pointed out we do now have a additional member of staff in the Aftersales & Warranty department, Mr Kevin French. As hopefully you can all see from my presence on the forum, responses to PM and overall parts flow over the last 18 months + we are serious about making sure our customers are treated correctly. You can still pm me via the forum or alternatively email warranty@nortonmotorcycles.com if you have any questions about your bike but please remember, obviously, we can only sort things out that we are aware of here at the factory. So please get in touch with your dealer or us directly if you need to.

Regards

Simon

Hi Richard,

I don't believe I have ever heard from you before, but if you've not had a 961 for over 6 years then that might be why. If you do however have any questions about a 961 you currently own then please get in touch and we'll get it sorted.

And to 961al you're correct that Karen (after a good few years of dedication and hard work at Norton !) decided to move on to another job in a completely different sector.

Hi GKRyder,

I believe that Kev has been in touch with you and is awaiting feedback from your dealer. Let me know if you still have any more questions though.

He sure has been.

Absolute class from Norton.

Will have to fire up my dealer to reach out and supply details (photos).

Thanks again Simon.

This sounds like good news, I use the same dealer as GK I'll have to give credit where it is due they were fairly quick and accommodating last time , still not sure if my rain riding issue is sorted but they did fit a new ECU put the check valves in the oil line, fixed an oil leak behind the front sprocket I hadn't noticed as well as the couple of other minor warranty jobs.
Now the bike is all but out of warranty I'll be trying to sort out what I can myself so will be good to have some expert advice available on top of what we already get here.
GK they say there is only about three of us riding the bikes that have been bought from Sydney I was one I gather you are one of the others, but due to that they hadnt had much of a chance to get a good handle on it, I know mines had a few issues but they to date have been sorted.
It would be good to catch up GK if you ever nearing hunter valley way there is a norton rally on in Denman 19th 20th and 21st may if you are interested.

Putting the dates in the diary.

If the bike is back will be good to meet up.

If not, perhaps a phone call or I'll ride up with the Moto Morini :)

I think I saw #3 few weeks ago.
Quite a unique sound turned my head and saw the equally unique tailight :)
