My right front blinker will not blink even with a bulb that just got through blinking in one of the other corners. Also, when I check it with the volt meter, that corner shows the same current as the corners that are working. I wiggled the bulb around and that didn't help either. Any help would be appreciated. Jim

Try running a hand held ground wire from the turn signal body to a bare point on the frame.
The Lucas chromed plastic body makes a poor electrical connection for a ground path.

Also check the connections in the headlight bucket. May show voltage when checked, but when the current load of the lamp is there, a flakey connection will not supply current.

Specifically, ALL FEMALE BULLET CONNECTORS are to assumed failed, pattern failure. Have a look at these images: twin-output-coil-t19939-30.html

Check also the spring loaded central terminal in the body is touching the central one on the bulb. Over the years I have seen many stick in the housing an not contact the bulbs on bikes and cars as spring becomes weak and dirt and corrosion build up in the fitting.

Well, it must have been the main connection to that corner blinker because it started blinking after I unplugged that fitting and replugged it. I did that to check the volts at that point. It is a spade and not a bullet but it was super clean and tight so I don't know why it works now and didn't before but it does work. Thanks for the help. Jim
