Good source for Amal

Since joining the forum, I have found a number of good parts sources. Hadn't seen this one, but if it has been brought up before, excuse the repeat. I looked online for some original equipment Amal 932 slides. Saw several for more than $50 apiece plus shipping. I then found Classic British Spares. Very knowledgeable, friendly voice on the line. Absolutely! Getting them from Amal assures that you will get the right carbs for your model. Otherwise, if you by from a general supplier you will need to re-jet or research what your bike need and rebuild them to suite.

These are original, old stock and meet the manual specs for 3.5 cutaway.

Hang on, what about burlen themselves - might be cheaper still

Just realised it was the slides you mentioned, the premiers are expensive though must Triumph dealers doing them cheaper.
