Thought you guys might get a chuckle outta this one. My dog Buddy started riding inside my jacket when he was about 10 weeks old, He absolutely loved it (in case you couldn't tell from the picture!). When I would ask him if he was "ready to ride", he would go get his goggles. After a few years, if he saw me getting my helmet or taking the bike out of the garage, he would be standing there with his goggles. He rode thousands of miles and across country once in his lifetime. Someone once asked "Who drives that thing?" I replied "Depends on who's sober!" He never did master the suicide clutch and jockey shift though. And for those going "Hey it's got a clutch lever." follow the cable to the front brake.
For a short while I had a KZ1000 full dressed. I would slide to the back of the seat and lock the throttle. With Buddy sitting upright and paws against the mirror stalks, you would swear Buddy was driving the bike. I've caused people to run off the road, run over curbs and chase me down! He was an awesome companion and an excellent rider. I had to put him down in 1988 and I buried his goggles with him.
