Took some doing (and a little begging w/ the wife), but I'm going to NC Sept 3-6 to meet with about 50 people for a weekend of riding. At least half will be on Triumph Speed Triples, along with several other Hinckley models, a few Japanese, at least one Ducati, and my Roadster :wink: .
Should be fun. The host lives in a little town called King, near the Virginia border, and we'll have people from all over the US, and a few guys from Oz. The Aussies are flying into California, and riding across the country with a group from SoCal.
I would love to ride up, but I'm taking the Norton and Speed Triple up in the back of my pickup. Still plan to put a few hundred mountain miles on each.
It is sooo flat and hot down here :cry:
