The constant feed is indeed clever.
I like doing mine by hand, though. My plan is every 5K miles although god knows I can seldom constrain myself from cutting maintenance intervals down to fairly ridiculous levels (well, that's twice around the block - better change the oil again!) - this is my baby, you understand!
