What till you see what it goes for. I bet 4 - 5k. All I see of value is the power unit.

Everything was excellent with the only thing showing wear was the cam.

On second thought, even that isn't so hot.

Apart from the 5 degree steering head angle and what looks like negetive castor . :?

I sat for a bit looking at the frame and steering geometry when I first ran across that auction. I have to wonder what it would be like to ride this thing. It looks scary as hell to me, and uncomfortable.

My first thoughts were coming into a hard turn with heavy front braking, but obviously that's not an issue.

Another product of someone watching American Chopper, Monster Garage and other reality shows. Almost as lame as this, motivated by Iron Horse and Easyriders magazines, back in the day

Interesting photo in that it looks like rural America based on the background with the Ford truck, camper, etc, but this guy is riding on the left side of the road! Maybe the bike paid him back for chopping it?

Um, that was the no license plate shuffle, just a couple times back and forth in front of the house. Minutes before the new owner took delivery.

I see! You have intimate knowledge of the event! LOL, bet you miss the bike now!

I'm a bit familiar with the foot forward chopper/bobber crowd and can tell ya it automatically creates a desire to ride in oncoming traffic lanes.

It does look kinda neat though, steering head angle and riding concerns aside. Something a little different. Brings back memories of the 70's when British Twin and Honda 750 choppers were fairly common, notwithstanding the HD fare. A local character recently resurrected his 70's 'Rice Burner' to better than its former glory. Something truly unique around town more than the common HD and Metric stuff.

lol, yup. Trials universal tire, tractor like gearing, shaking like a whore in church, points closing up weekly, and those ERGO'S! My lumbar region hurts just looking at the pic.

That's got to be good on the lumbar, but then Steve could work on you and we'd all be making money.

I just missed-out on buying a chopped A-10 at the AMCA rally in Wauseon years ago, it was HIDEOUS! (I fell in love immediately when I saw it). It had obviously survived without being "updated" and still looked like it did "back then", it was chopped HARD and painted kinda yellow/gold/tan with multi-colored Leaves stenciled all over it.
I went to get $ and it was gone by the time I got back.

they are actually pretty common up here. I don't mind a well built brit chopper or bobber. Most seem to be pretty bad though.

Its a horrid pic, but this was a sweet chopper form a meet this past summer:
