Gear box issue

Went for a ride today and lost all gears except for 4th. The bike still seems to shift through the gears but no forward motion except top gear. any ideas?

Probably lost the teeth on 4th speed layshaft gear. [as it is called in the workshop manual]

Well got it apart. The layshaft broke in half. Know where I can get one?

I go for the Andover/Norton Genuine parts when it come to shafts. They cost more but are better.

Depends on where your are. Old Britts sometimes has good used parts. UK, RGM, Hemmings, Andover.
