It's that time again!!!
If your local to the Bucks County, PA area join the Delaware Valley Norton Riders on Sunday, April 27th.
Gathering is from 10am till around 2pmish, people always hang around longer.
Take a nice scenic ride down River Rd (Rt 32) after the gathering.
Last year a record turn out some 900 bikes.
Gathering is at Washington Crossing State Park on Rt 32.
Google DVNR for further info.
I am a non compensated self appointed spokesman for this event.
No trees were destroyed in compiling this message.
See you there!!!!

Love to, just have to figure out air transport for the Commando and me to Philly. Beautiful country.

Will be there I think. I'm out of practice on the Brit bikes but may take the '51 Matchless out to try out my CP gearbox footchange repairs. (Might try to sell it too.)

Everything is still snowed in here but this week should take care of most of that.

Planning on riding my Commando from the Pittsburgh area and stopping at the Oley meet on Sat ( Norton's featured ) then Washington Crossing on Sun.
Hope it's a nice weekend weather wise.

Going to Oley Friday and Saturday to find a few parts for 1948 Pan. How far is the Norton gathering from Oley?

The distance is 78 miles between the two events approx ride time 1 hr 26 min.
Hope this helps.

I have never seen a real flyer for this meet but it is well-attended. I usually just go on Saturday. AMCA is more geared towards the really old stuff. Flea market has been big the past few years. Lots of Harley and Indian rusty stuff. Not much British but some. If you are looking to buy an old bike then Friday would be the better day.

Thanks I'll skip this Oley and do Rhinebeck later in the summer. Definitely will make the Gathering tho.

I will be at Oley on Friday as I am only about 20 minutes away. Depending on circumstances, I may be there Saturday as well. It's always to run into old friends there. The Gathering on sunday is always a nice time as well with lots of nice bikes. I am going to try but fear I may be cutting things too thin.
Both are worth attending. See you there!
