Am rebuilding my front end. I'm perplexed as to how to fit the short USA gaitors over the fork seal keepers.
They are from A/N and are a somewhat stiff plastic. The ID seems jut a bit too small to fit over the keeper. What am I missing?

Heat them up and stretch em on. They have to be too small to stay put during fork extension.

A little CRC silicone lube could help too. I've found this CRC spray is a good preservative for items made of that black flexible material. Keeps them looking new.

Thanks for the advice! I soaked the leading edge in very hot water for a minute and then easily got them on.
