front fork knock Help

Hi all well I am just about to hit the road with my 850 Mk2 but I have4 a problem I think
The forks have been fully rebuilt new tubes seals etc
when I put bike on centre stand It makes a matalic spring type knock from the front forks
it feels fine riding and when on the grond and i depress the front end all seems good no noise
I have check brake calapar
top nuts
axil nut
150cc of ATF in each leg
pich bolts etc
So is this noise normal or what could it be

Sounds like just the springs hitting the stop when fully unloaded.
