Frame work in Auckland

I am restoring my bike, and it is almost to a bare frame now.

Before I have it painted, I am thinking about having a cross brace welded in between the down tubes a la Dreer, ludiwg, bpatton, etc. I also want to have it checked for straightness, since I know the PO busted the frame behind the right z-plate.

Any recommendations from the NZ guys for someone in Auckland who is good?

Someone else recommended F1E in Ngaruawahia, but that is a ways away.
