Frame dimensions?

I have always had a difficult time getting my rear wheel back into the swing arm. Currently my swing arm is removed and I see that gussets have been added at the front. It may be that the welding has pulled the arms towards each other.
I know there is a diagram somewhere with all of the frame measurements but I have checked all my links and have searched threads and can't find it. Could someone lead me to it?
Thanks guys.

The frame is covered in section F of the manual and it has dimensions for checking the frame. I don't know that I have seen anywhere in the manual that gives the dimension between swingarm mounting plates. Madass gave a dimension of 8-1/16" in a thread discussing his one-piece axle.

I have two units here, one of which is tight. It has been on my list to pull both rear wheels and compare dimensions. If you don't get any help on dimensions feel free to PM me and tell me to get my ass to the shop to check these two against each other.

Never seen a drawing for one but there must be one somewhere!
My spare swing arm measures 8" 1/4" in between the axle plates and this is the type with the gussets on the pivot tube,
Cheers

Thanks guys. The distance between my axle plates is only 7-15/16 inches. I'll use a bottle jack to spread them a bit. That will make things a little easier when assembling the rear wheel.
The bike is currently apart to install the MKIII vernier iso at the rear. That's a big job. The instructions that came with the kit are very brief. I found that the position of the buffers and tube assembly within the cradle tube is critical. If you are not checking carefully the end caps can bottom out on the threaded ends of the tube before they contact the PTFE washers.

Frame dimensions? Frame dimensions? Frame dimensions? If your SA has an opening less than 209mm (like mine), you have a hell of a time fitting the long spacer.
So I made a tool (UHMW, I think) that wedges the swingarm away from the speedo drive, now I can drop the spacer in from above.

That's a neat little tool.
I opened my SA out to 8-1/8. We'll see if that does the trick.
Right now I'm having a helluva time getting my cradle back in to position. The rear fender, battery tray, air filter back plate, oil tank and tranny are all removed. I was hoping to leave the front Iso. bolt in place to allow the engine to pivot upwards on it but even that isn't giving me enough room.
Time for a beer I think. Wrenching should be enjoyed.

It's been some time since I did this, but I'm pretty sure we had the whole front iso with mounting out of the frame, before fitting the rear.
Then we struggled to get the front back in. But it can be done without files or violence.
I very much wanted to grind off a tiny bit of the timing cover, but Steve wd not permit this. Later I found that exact lip was what I needed to help the cover come off !
